C.A.Y.A. Yoga School offers private yoga classes both virtually and in person in Chicago, IL, or we can travel to your location!

For Corporate and Individual Clients, we provide a diverse range of yoga styles and meditation, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal, and Power Yoga, as well as guided meditation and breathwork. For our Chicago locals, Bradshaw also offers water aerobics. We are committed to providing high-quality classes and customize the experience to meet your group’s specific needs.

For Yoga Studios, we offer a selection of workshops and trainings tailored for your community. These include Vinyasa foundations, backbends, inversions, yoga sequencing, and mentorship. All of our programs are available for CEU credits.

Corporate Classes
Yoga - Schedule a 30, 45 or 60 minute guided Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, or Pre-natal. Teachers provide detailed instruction and demonstrate postures. Appropriate for all levels, instructors will offer options and help to build students up. We take your custom needs into mind to ensure the practice will appeal to your group specifically.

Meditation - Schedule a 15 or 30 minute guided meditation practice to focus the mind, train attention, and recognize thoughts while consciously breathing.

Water Aerobics - Schedule a 30, 45, or 60 minute water aerobics class is low-impact and performed in shallow water and designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. The class will incorporate cardio and strength, using body weight only. This class requires the use of a personal or corporate pool.
