Join Giana and Bradshaw as they head to Italy to lead a week-long Yoga Retreat in Sorrento on the Amalfi Coast. We rented a gorgeous Italian villa that offers breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea, Capri, and Mount Vesuvius. Throughout the week, you will have the opportunity to explore Sorrento and Nerano, enjoy a boat tour of Capri and explore the island, learn to cook like a local, enjoy the pool and gardens, and much more!
This retreat offers a wonderful chance to reconnect with yourself, connect with like-minded individuals, deepen your yoga practice, experience Italian culture, and create lasting memories. We hope you'll join us!

We recommend flying into Naples-Capodichino International Airport (NAP) or Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO). If you opt for Rome, you'll be responsible for your transportation to either Napoli Centrale Train Station or directly to the villa. The journey from Rome is approximately one hour by train and just over two hours by car. We will arrange transportation from Naples Airport or Napoli Centrale train station to the villa on August 30th, 2025, and provide return transportation on September 6th, 2025.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm on August 30th, and check-out time is 10:00 am on September 6th.

NOTE: Flights, gratuities, some meals, additional shuttles, and spending money are not included in the price of your retreat. We recommend setting aside $10 per day per person for the local staff who will be taking care of you at the villa. Gratuities for shuttle drivers, who will transport you to and from various destinations, are suggested at $2-5 per transfer (approximately two shuttle rides per day).

We require a $1,000 deposit made through PayPal with an added 3.5% CC fee, to hold your spot, as well as a signed payment agreement form and waiver.

Final payments can be made by Check or CC (w/fee) and must be paid in full by February 1st, 2025. ​
