TESTIMONIALS FROM PAST 200-HOUR TRAININGS

An incredibly hands-on training went above the introductory instruction–cover lineage & history, trauma-informed yoga, non-binary/non-Yoga teacher training for the next generation. It goes beyond basic instruction to cover topics imperative for teachers to know to guide all students who step onto their mats. cuing, yoga's place in social action, and the subtle work of the practice. Transform your own practice, and learn how to guide others in transforming theirs.
