300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
 

Our 300 Hour Training is a is a cumulative & module based program. Through live and virtual immersions, workshops, retreats, mentorship sessions, and  specialty trainings, we aim to offer a fully customizable experience.  

How Does It Work?

This program consists of virtual, in-person, and destination-based trainings that may be taken at your own pace during a 24 month period and will ultimately culminate in the completion of 300 Hours of continuing eduction to register as a 500 Hour RYT.

 

You can begin culminating hours at anytime! To officially join the 300 Hour cohort and gain access to online meetings, mentoring, and the virtual library, you must enroll in our 300 Hour Foundations Group. You will  have access to twice monthly group meetings, one individual mentorship session per month, and a catalog of virtual courses to complete within your first twelve months.

The in person sessions can be taken at your own pace and include several different week-long or weekend based intensives. These workshops will take place in Chicago and programmed monthly around several different topics including sequencing, anatomy, movement and mobility, assisting, teacher development, the energetic body, advanced asana, and other forms of yoga like prenatal yoga, yin, restorative, chair, and so, much  more!

*To enroll in the 300 hour program you must have completed a 200 hour RYT certification.

Vinyasa
Tune- Up 

June 11 - 12, 2022

This workshop will focus on the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga, both simple and nuanced. This is an all-levels experience geared towards vinyasa students to help cultivate a more skillful and intelligent practice. We will breakdown the 3 part vinyasa: Chaturanga, Up-dog, Down Dog, jumping forward to the top of the mat, as well as backward into Chaturanga, Variations of Warrior 1, Chair, Bridge, Wheel and the basic principles of low flying arm balances. Bradshaw and Giana bring over 20 years of experience and knowledge of this tradition and practice, and they cannot wait to help you tune up your flow.

The Art of Cueing

July 30 - 31, 2022

Learning how to effectively teach involves a deep understanding of how to communicate guidelines effectively. In this workshop we will hone in on the art of cueing to cultivate the skills and technique of providing clear and concise instructions your students will benefit from. We will also discuss different learning styles and workshop the cuing of various postures. You will develop your teaching voice with confidence and expand your knowledge and teaching skills to communicate work effectively.
